Campuchanas was fire. Early morning didn't matter. They should call it the campeon...the champ for those that don't know spanish...looking forward to taste other stuff here..
My brother, his friend and I went there for a early dinner to beat the crowd, for the appetizer we ordered eight(8) very spicy oysters with lots of flavor, but way too spicy for me. I order enchiladas with very hot green sauce along with rice and beans. They were too spicy so I only ate one and took one home. The green sauce they put on the enchiladas was so HOT it took the flavor out of the enchiladas. My brother and his friend got shrimp cocktails and crackers. Another extra spicy meal which almost made them sweat bullets. They both finished their bowls. Tonight they had karaoke to Mexican music which everyone loved. Next time you go to Mariscos El Pacifico make sure to order water and extra napkins to dry your sweat from HOT food. Eat with caution!!!!
They have the most flavorful carne asada I've had in along time. It was juicy and well seasoned. The Carnitas had just finished cooking when we arrived and it was so good. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and a full bar. This is a great local spot. My new spot for sure.
We just moved into the area and this was our first time coming here. The owner was the person that waited on us. He made us feel extremely at home and was very personable. The food was delicious. We had chips and guacamole. I had fish my wife had enchiladas. I highly recommend coming here
Two of us had lunch after 2 pm on a Sunday. The outside patio is covered, so on a hot and sunny day, it was pleasant. We ordered drinks and took plenty of time to decide on meals. They have a very extensive menu. Our tab was reasonable, 77 tip. We spent about two hours and kept entertained with their multiple screens showing the current mexican league soccer game, the Padres, and the live music from the banda. Highly recommend their michelada and tostada de atun.
Best sit down Mexican food in north county. Delicious authentic Mexican food with great service and a bunch of options. Their Aquas Frescas were delicious. Everything I’ve had on the menu has always been good! Amazing Enchiladas, big burritos, and fire tacos. This place is BOMB.
The chicken enchilada suisa was delicious, enough food to share and the fish taco was great. Got a free beer taster Estrella Jalisco ended buying a pint and getting a free t shirt. Overall nice experience.
Wow!!!!! I cannot stress how good this place was. My family of 5 came to eat here and every plate I tried was more delicious then the last!! From fish , to ceviche , shrimp tacos and a chicken quesadilla. We also tried the Micheladas some of the best I’ve tried. The servers were very friendly and accommodated for every need. I would also like to say that for a Saturday night they were quite busy and had karaoke going on but we still received excellent service and reasonable wait times. Try this place out you won’t regret it!
